My opinion about the test.

From my point of view the most effective test technique is Project I think it’s most complete, I think this test is more complete, gives the information we need to know when evaluating, for beginning students have to research the topic that interests them, then select the most important and finally expose all about it, includes all what is needed in English, plus partners and really all have to be attentive to the presentation of the project. Includes everything you need in English, cognitive, auditory and oral. Essentially to see if the student actually knows or not.
And I think the least effective test techniques is matching because
does not indicate whether the student knows or not really, but maybe if we assume that just guess. Does not include everything you need in English as I mentioned earlier. Some of these tests are:

Presentatios

The teacher's job is to mediate to raw material and didactic material, made this material access to students, it easy to learn, yet motivation.
And the teacher needs three skills; the first is Attention it’s when the teachers need to attract attention and the students put all their interest in the activity. The second is Perception this consist in the moment is the time when the student observes the material, analyzing the use of this, so that they serve as aid to learning, teachers must be aware of this and clear up any doubt. And finally we have Understanding it’s when the students understand the teacher, the instructions about this activity and they must be able to carry out the activity otherwise the teacher has not done a good job or the material is not sufficiently compelling or entertaining for students.

We have put into practice a different, more didactic and it is easy to learn, together with my classmates Katherine and Denisse. The activity is as follows.

What’s the difference?
-          Attention: Today we are going to play the game called “what’s the difference", and consist in find the differences between two similar pictures, ask questions and comparisons. And the time is 5 to 15 minutes.
-          Perception: for this game you have to work in pairs… any volunteers?
Ok, every students has a different picture and you have to look all the details for        about 3 minutes and then both of you start to ask questions
-          Understanding: the questions consist in giving information about your picture. Giving
feedback about it. T

Students opinion

I did the survey a group of seven students and they gave me their personal opinion about the work of the teachers, and this survey was taken of “A course in language teaching” by Penny Ur

The most popular answers were Agree and Very much agree. I think is because the people that I asked was save with their answers because they have knowledge about this topic and they know about the difficulties, and finally was their so interesting in the same way.

The least popular options /answers were undecided the same way in the question before. I think this result means that as I said before these students surveyed are aware of the problems and needs of teachers and expect a change to improve performance.

I think this survey was very helpful to realize that although we are not interested and concerned about the future of education, their want changes.
I as a future teacher and as part of this society also wants to change and achieve these important goals that encourage students, giving them security and tools, as well as being a good role model.
